Thew New Season Approaches

After a winter of hard work by Brian Wilkie and Jimmy Wood repairing the boats, the work party below lent a hand to paint the boards in preparation for the new season. Although not the best dressed workers you'll ever see, they are dab hands with paint-brushes and are enthusiastic in their support of the club. Well done lads!

New Piers

To accommodate its aging membership :-) the club has invested in the construction of 2 new piers on the Island Pond. These new piers give us an additional 4 "side loaders" which should help the less abled amongst us get in and out of the boats. The photos below show Brian WIlkie hard at work (with his hands in his pockets) supervising the construction of the piers, and the finished piers.
